Challenge: Heavy commoditization and price competition; too many SKUs without a coherent story; e-commerce presentation couldn’t sustain premium pricing or repeat purchase.
What we did: Built the IRIS brand system (naming, visual identity, packaging, digital assets); translated technical specs into clear, scenario-based benefits and everyday use language.
